All Services are Post-Paid and are only available by Credit Card and Direct Debit from a Cheque/Savings Account.

Calls to 19xx and 0198 Calls are not available from the VOISE service. Calls to Australian Mobiles are billed to the first full minute, thereafter billed by the second, rounded to the nearest cent. All other Timed calls are billed by the second, rounded to the nearest cent. No Flag falls. International Call Rates are subject to Change by International Carriers at any time.

Please Note: It is also recommended that you have another Telecommunications Service available when using the VOISE service such as a POTS (Plan Old Telephone Service) or Mobile service for calling Emergency Services (000) as your Location and Caller ID details may not be transmitted correctly or in case your Internet Connection is disrupted or power is unavailable . Making and receiving calls with VOISE services are classified as uploads and downloads with your Internet Service Provider. Please check charges and details with your Internet Service Provider. Two-Way Services: Please note that anyone calling your Local Geographic/Virtual Number outside the local call area of that number may be charged a Timed call by their Telecommunications Supplier.
